we had a fantastic stay at madeira centro. the location is perfect, just a short walk from the old town. loved the varied breakfast options and our room was nice with everything we needed. the hotel also has a great pool area and sunbeds on the solarium deck to relax on.

The lifts are painfully slow and almost always overcrowded!!! The swimming pool is disappointingly small for a hotel of this size, making it difficult to find sunbeds!!! Would appreciate a milk option for in-room tea and coffee!!!
